EUROPEAN APPLES |Natural goodness from the Italian Alps
Aromatic with a sweet flavor. Great for snacks, chutneys and preserves.
The Fuji apple is named after Mount Fuji, Japan, where it originated for the first time in the 1930s and from where it conquered the world in the 80s.
From pinkish color from light to dark, with light yellow-green streaks, round shape and whiteish pulp , Fuji is a particularly aromatic, sweet, crunchy and juicy variety.
A delicious apple as a snack or in salads, the soda pulp also makes it an excellent choice for baking and jams.
