APPLE AND OATS MILKSHAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chilled Royal Gala apple (unpeeled)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3 cups chilled low-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp raisins 1/2 tbsp honey

Directions

  • Chill the apples and milk beforehand
  • Chop apples into cubes
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixer
  • Let stand for 2-3 minutes for the oats to absorb the liquid
  • Blend till the mixture is smooth
  • Serve immediately
